Privacy Policy

The Daily Board is an independently built tool, not a large company. This page explains, in plain language, what data is collected and how it's used.

What we collect

• Your email address and password, handled by Google Firebase Authentication for login.
• The schedule, subjects, study/work session logs and reflection notes you enter into your own account.

How it's stored

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) under your own account, and is not visible to other users. It is not sold or shared with advertisers or third parties.

Cookies & local storage

The app uses your browser's local storage to keep a working copy of your board for speed, and Firebase's own session mechanism to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers are used.

Your control over your data

• Export your full data to Excel at any time from the "Excel & Sync" tab.
• Reset all your data yourself from the same tab.
• Email us to request full deletion of your account and data.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, the "last updated" date above will change.
